COVID Vaccination Status

How to set up the COVID Vaccination Status through Admin

When employees create a desks booking, a COVID Questionnaire can be sent which will be received before the time of the booking.

Step 1:

To set up the questionnaire, simply head to the left-hand  menu in the Admin dashboard and click on Configuration, then Restrictions/COVID-19 

After clicking on the Restrictions/COVID-19 tab, head to the COVID Questionnaire option at the top.

Step 2:

Head to the Settings tab and enable the Covid Vaccine Status Question to the questionnaire. 

Step 3:

View the COVID Vaccination Status question in the Questionnaire.

Note: The Covid Vaccination Status question and possible answers cannot be changed. 

 

The Covid Vaccination Status question is sent once in a 30 day period regardless of how many desk bookings are made during that time.   Employees will still continue to receive other Covid questions after each booking is made.

Step 4:

Navigate to Insights to see the Covid Vaccination Results.
