Automated Meeting Room Check-in


Important: Automated meeting room check-in is only available for pre-existing meeting room bookings.


Step 1:

When you enter the meeting room, Space Connect will automatically identify you have arrived and check you in. When you arrive, a 'Booking Checked In Reminder' notification will display.


Step 2:

Click on the 'Ok' button of the notification.

Step 3:

To view your status and confirm you are checked in, go to your bookings page and your  current booking will display in green indicating you are checked in.


Step 4:

To view the booking, click on the booking from the list and the detailed booking information will display.
