How to Cancel a Desk Booking Using the Space Connect Web App
Follow this guide to cancel an existing desk booking in the Space Connect Web App.
Firstly, log in to the Desk Booking app using the link here and enter your email address to take you to the correct sign in method for your organisation.
Once you’re all logged in click on “Manage Bookings” on the left-hand side. This will display all your upcoming bookings.
To cancel a booking click on the 3 dots next to the booking you wish to cancel and select “Cancel”. Click “Ok” to proceed with the cancellation.
You’re all done! The booking has now been removed from the list and the desk is now free for others to book.
