Here is a roundup of all the significant features that have been added to Space Connect over the last couple of months.
Timed Desk Release: Desks contained in zones can now be available to book by anybody for the following day, if not already booked by a specified time.
i.e. If a desk in the Sales zone is not booked by 16:00 on Thursday then it will become available for booking on Friday by anybody.
Private Meetings: Meetings defined as private will now appear on Space Connect panels with the the title as "Meeting", irrespective of the actual meeting title.
** Please note that only newly synchronised meetings will exhibit this behaviour.
Group Extension: We have improved the logic for reading groups to support much larger than previously available.
Improved Port Management: To ensure that Space Connect continues to perform at scale we have made improvements to port management to ensure that resources continue to work optimally.
User Login: Rebuilt login code ensures that Space Connect only prompts for login based on organisation settings and retains login tokens if applicable.
VMS Pre-Registration UX: Visitor fields are now consolidated on the left and Host and meeting information is displayed on the right.
VMS Email Host on Registration: Hosts can now be configured to receive an email when pre-registrations are created.
