APP & ADMIN 2.6.7

Alongside the usual fixes and tweaks we have delivered the following new features and enhancements:

Email & Password room booking - We now support the booking of Microsoft and/or Google Rooms from an Email & Password organisationa and account. This means that organisations connected through co-working can share their room space through the Space Connect product.

QR Code Booking - The original design of QR code based booking was heavily influenced by the COVID-19 outbreak and the need to protect people. Now that the threat has subsided, we have made changes to the behaviour to ease flow and make the behaviour more similar to the experience of our panel application.

This functionality works with bookable desks and agile desks (non bookable) and continues to work with our Questionnaire functionality if enabled.

Check-in Link Behaviour - Notifications and booking confirmation check-in links now immediately process the check-in link matching the UI of the QR Code Booking functionality.

User sync - We have made a small improvement to the Sync Users functionality to provide improved feedback on progress and last sync time.

Outlook Add-in 1.3.3

Desk Reservations Link - The desk reservations link now directs the user directly to the Manage Bookings page.

Map View - The Map View now uses the user preferences defined in the booking portal when displaying a map.
