How to Personalise the Branding on the Visitor ID Badge/Email Header

You have the option to personalise the branding on your email header and incorporate your company logo into your ID badge while utilising our Visitor Management system.

To begin, access your admin portal by logging in here using your admin credentials. Once logged in, navigate to "Visitor Management" on the left-hand side, and then proceed to click on "Settings".

To upload your company logo for display on ID badges, click on "Branding" at the top. On the left-hand side, select a file from your computer to upload as your company logo. On the right-hand side, upload an image to serve as your email header when pre-registering a visitor.

Don't forget to click "Save" to apply and save the uploaded images.
