How to Toggle Host Notifications for Visitor Arrivals On/Off

Activate your host alert notification channels.

To begin, access your admin portal by logging in here using your admin credentials. Once logged in, navigate to "Visitor Management" on the left-hand side, and then proceed to click on "Settings".

Navigate to the "Notifications" section at the top, then adjust the toggles to enable or disable email or SMS notifications for hosts upon visitor arrival. Once done, click "Save" to retain your preferences.

Please Note: To enable hosts to receive SMS messages, ensure that you have added their mobile numbers to the host list.
