How to Activate Pre-registration for Users and VMS Role Users within Space Connect.
Pre-registration enables advance invitations for visitors. You have the flexibility to configure your account to permit pre-registration for standard users or exclusively for VMS role users.
To begin, access your admin portal by logging in here using your admin credentials. Once logged in, navigate to "Visitor Management" on the left-hand side, and then proceed to click on "Settings".
Next, you have the option to select whether to restrict pre-registration solely to individuals with the VMS role, to users in general or to deactivate pre-registration entirely. Once you've made your selection, click "Save" to apply your preferred configuration.
If you frequently invite external guests to your meetings using our room booking feature, you can streamline the process by opting for automatic pre-registration for these invitees. You can easily toggle the slider on or off to activate or deactivate this feature according to your preference.
