When I make a block booking why do I get an email for each booking rather than one confirming all?

When you opt for a block booking, you'll receive a dedicated email for each individual reservation rather than a consolidated confirmation email.

This approach is designed to ensure clarity, as each booking is accompanied by its own associated ICS file. Consolidating all these files into a single email could result in up to 30 ICS files in one message, potentially causing confusion when adding them to your calendar.

Hence, we maintain the practice of sending one email per booking, prioritising ease of use and providing peace of mind for a smoother experience.
