We're thrilled to share the exciting news that we're gearing up for the latest update to our Booking app, admin portal, and Outlook add-in! Get ready to elevate your experience with several fantastic enhancements coming your way. Our top priority is to make sure our customers always have the absolute best experience possible. So, without further ado, here's a glimpse of the key changes you can eagerly anticipate.

  • Space Connect Booking App
  1. Now, room bookings indicate when "Check-in" is available, aligning with desk bookings for a seamless experience.
  2. The user list for room bookings has been improved, displaying the user's email address alongside their name.
  3. The "One Desk Only" setting is now being correctly applied. This means you'll have even more control and flexibility when booking desks.
  4. The Locate Me tooltip now gracefully appears above the legend. This means finding your way around has become even more effortless and intuitive.
  • Space Connect Admin

The active Users list now accurately excludes users with a role of none, providing a cleaner and more relevant view.

  • Space Connect Outlook Add-in

We've resolved two issues to enhance your Outlook Add-in experience:

  1. Administrators can now invite external guests without any crashes when downloading the CSV template.
  2. The 'View Map' functionality is back in action, allowing you to easily navigate and explore spaces.
