How to View a Room or Desk Booking in the PWA in Space Connect
Follow this guide on how to view your room and desk bookings in the progressive web app in Space Connect.
Firstly, log in to the web portal here and login by typing in your email address.
On the navigation panel to the left-hand side click on "Manage Bookings".
Once on "Manage Bookings" you will see bookings for the next 30 days. Desk bookings will be displayed with the ability to check in using the 3 dots at the end of the booking (if you have this setting enabled) and the check-in status. (Green for checked in, red for not checked in, and dark green for booking complete). Room bookings can be edited or cancelled using the 3 dots at the end of the booking line. You can see the resource information and the picture provided for each booking at the right-hand side of the screen once you have clicked on a booking.
To view bookings on a specific date click on the calendar icon on the right-hand side of the screen and select the date on the calendar you would like to view. The display will then show this date and the next 30 days afterwards.
The calendar shows if there are bookings on a certain day by showing the number of bookings under the date in the calendar.
