How to book a room from the PWA in Space Connect

Follow this article on how to book a room using the progressive web app.

Firstly, log in to the web portal here and log in by typing in your email address.

Click from "Desk" to "Room" on the booking panel.

You can then select the required room capacity and the date and time needed. The update preferences section allows you to change your location, level, and resources required and will show you the rooms available on the map with these conditions.

Click on the room you would like and then click "Book".

Fill in the meeting title, add any required people, add a reminder timer, and then select reoccurrence if required. Write your meeting email and click "Save".

Your booking is now successfully booked, sent to your recipients, and listed in Space Connect under "Manage Bookings" in the navigation panel.

If there is an issue with your booking you will see "Booking Failed" after the booking in progress screen.
