I Can't Sign in using an Incognito or Private Window!

Can't sign in? No need to panic! We're here to help! 

There could be many reasons why you can't sign into the desk booking portal. One reason may be that you're stuck in a loop for the authenticator that you accidentally clicked on. 

To refresh this, head to the browser's settings, then privacy and security to clear the cache and history of your browser. 


See below how to do this step by step on a Chrome browser.


Once on the 'Clearing Browsing Data' page, simply restart the browser and try to log in again using https://app.spaceconnect.co/ and then click on the correct authentication method for your organisation.

If you're still stuck in a loop on your user account please click this link here to force logout. Once logged out click on the correct authentication method for your organisation and sign in. 



If you're still stuck in a loop on your admin account please click this link here to force logout. Once logged out click on the correct authentication method for your organisation and sign in. 



Once this has been completed, if the loop continues please use an incognito or private window and try signing into https://app.spaceconnect.co/ using the correct authentication method for your organisation.
