Supported Environments and Languages
What are the minimum supported environments?
Space Connect has a central core (the Web App) and then a collection of applications for various purposes including.
Important! These are the environments we test against and formally support. Other environments may work but we are unable to fully verify that.
The Web Desk Booking Portal is used to book and manage desks for users. It is supported by Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Mozilla Firefox.
The Mobile App is used by users to book meeting rooms, book and manage desks and find colleagues. The Mobile App is supported by Android 10.0+ and iOS 13.0+
The Outlook Add-In is used to book meeting rooms (like the mobile app) by searching resources, and capacity and inviting guests to a meeting. It can be added through O365 Exchange or Outlook 2016.
The Panel App can be installed on tablet devices and placed outside a meeting room to create a simple status viewer and allow other users to book the room.
The Visitor App is installed onto a tablet device and placed in reception areas, which allows guests, employees, and deliveries to register themselves. The host will receive a notification that the visitor or delivery has arrived. Available for iOS 9.0+ and Windows 10.
Languages: Space Connect supports English in all areas of the software. It also supports Spanish and simplified Chinese for the Mobile App (iOS+Android) and simplified Chinese for Visitor Management.
The Space Connect software is supported by all operating systems including MAC.
