Why is my meeting room panel background/logo not updating?

If you've updated the background or logo on your meeting room display app in the web admin panel, the room panel should update every 60 minutes. 

In the event it isn't updated, you have two options to fix the issue. 
  1. Reboot the meeting room display device. When you reboot the device, the changes will be automatically received from the device manager and update your display; or
  2. Log out and log back into the meeting display app. When you log in again, the updates will be automatically received from the device manager and update your display.
