How to configure the Space Connect Panel app on a Yealink Room Panel
All Yealink Room Panels should contain the Space Connect Panel app already installed and running.
First power up the panel and you should be presented with the Space Connect Panel app login page.
Simply tap the correct authentication method for your Space Connect account and enter the email address and password of a Company Admin user for your Space Connect account.
You can also tap the "Go To Settings" button to change the panels settings like Date & Time or WiFi connection.
The app will then carry out the verification for the login details and account, then present you with the settings page for the app.
Select the Location, Floor and Room the Room Panel will show the bookings for. You can also change the Additional Settings for the panel if required.
When you have configured the relevant room details, the last step is to save which can be done either by tapping the "Save" button in the top right-hand corner or tapping the "Save" button at the bottom of the page.
Once saved the panel settings will disappear and the panels "home" screen will appear showing the room availability
If you need to change the app settings, simply tap the cog wheel in the bottom right corner and enter the pin code. If you need the pin code, please reach out to support.
