How to Disable Ad-hoc Bookings in the Panel App

Space Connect provides the ability to disable the "Book this Room" feature on the meeting room display panel, preventing users from being able to use the meeting room panel to book meetings. Follow the steps below to disable ad-hoc bookings.

Select the settings button located at the bottom right corner of the meeting room display panel. This will then prompt you to enter the administrator PIN. Enter the PIN to restart the panel in the setup wizard.

Select the location, level and room you want the panel to display. 

In the additional settings section, to disable, the ad-hoc bookings turn on the "Hide book this room button".

Click "Save" and the meeting room will now display without the "Book" button displayed.
