How to Manage Pre-registered Visitors

Now you're able to pre-register visitors before they arrive at your establishment! 

The visitor will receive an email confirming their registration and this will include a code that the visitor will enter into the VMS tablet when they arrive. 

The tablet will display their information to ensure it's correct, allowing them to make changes if necessary before signing in. Visitors can be pre-registered through the admin portal or through the Outlook Add-In. 

Open up the admin portal and login at and head to the left-hand side of the portal to Visitor Management then select 'Pre-Registered Visitors'. 

Please Note: Enabling or disabling the "Pre-Registered Visitor" sign-in option will also enable or disable the "Pre-registered Visitor" email that is sent.
