How to Set-Up Terms & Conditions for the VMS app
If you have specific terms & conditions or an NDA you need guests to sign upon arrival before meeting their host, you can enable this feature and enter the details of your specific terms.
- Login to the Space Connect admin portal
- Navigate to 'Visitor Management'
- Select 'App Settings'
- Open 'Terms and Conditions'
- Toggle on 'Enable guesting signing of terms at check-in'
- Choose a file under the 'Upload a new Document' section
If you have facial recognition enabled the visitor will only have to accept the 'Terms and Conditions' once.
- Click 'Save'
