How to customise the VMS iOS App

Customise the VMS app to match your company branding and tailor the experience provided to your visitors.

To customise your VMS App, log in to the Space Connect Admin Portal here and sign in using the correct sign-in method for your organisation.

On the left-hand side of the navigation menu, select Visitor Management > App Settings > Appearance

Add your logo and background

• Choose a logo to upload by clicking the 'Choose File' Button.
• Choose one of our backgrounds by using the drop down field or click 'Choose File' to upload your own.

We recommend the following size for the background image:

• 1536 x 2048 pixels - iPad Air 3rd Gen 9.7", 4th Gen 10.4" & iPad Pro 4th Gen 9.7".
• 2048 x 2732 pixels - iPad Pro 3rd Gen 12.9" & iPad Pro 4th Gen 12.9"
• Use the slider to change the opacity of the background image.

Set your colour scheme

• Personalise your VMS app with your own company colors! Each color selector changes a field on the VMS App. While you're choosing your colors, you will see the preview update live, allowing you to see what will be displayed on the iOS app.

Banner

• Add a message for your visitors! This could include a friendly greeting, essential details such as a Wi-Fi access code, or a notification regarding an upcoming fire alarm drill.
• Personalise the colour of the banner, the colour of the text and the Opacity.

Once you have done, click save at the bottom of the page!
