How to Setup Visitor Display Appearance for the VMS App
You can customise the VMS app design to match your company branding and tailor the experience provided to your visitors.
Firstly, log in to the Space Connect Admin Portal here and sign in using the correct sign-in method for your organisation.
On the left-hand side of the navigation menu, select "Visitor Management", "App Settings" and then the "Appearance" tab.
Under the heading for "Look and Feel" enter the the HEX colour to use for button colours. "Primary action button" is used for most buttons. "Secondary action button" is used for the "SIGN OUT" option. Click "Save" to save your changes.
It is also possible to define the logo shown on the VMS app within the same "Appearance" tab. To upload your logo click on "Choose file" which then opens a standard file picker. Files must be in PNG or JPG format. Click "Save" to save your changes.
The changes will be applied to your VMS system.
