How to Configure Alerts

Alerts are designed to offer regular reminders to employees about hand cleaning and other internal policies that may be significant for health & safety.

Alerts are sent Monday to Friday between 9:00 to 17:00 and are sent to all employees.

Alerts are sent as push notifications on the mobile application, so if users do not have this installed, they will not see the messages.
