Viewing Events Calendar
Admin Portal (Concierge user role)
Organisations may have many catering events throughout the week and want a single place to view details of upcoming requirements. Spaceconnect addresses the business problem by offering a Calendar view that allows users to view a timeline of all catering events for a location.
Step 1: Login and open Calendar View
Login to the Space Connect Administrators Portal at http://admin.spaceconnect.co/
From the left hand menu select Conference & Catering > Calendar.
Select the required location and floor, then click on REFRESH to return all relevant catering events.
Step 2: View Day or Week
When viewing the timeline, the page defaults to show the current day. The user is able to change the view to show the whole calendar week. This allows the user to scroll across and view all days and upcoming catering events.
