Logo and Background image changes made in admin panel are not showing on the meeting room display app.

If you updated the logo or background for your meeting room display app in the web admin panel, before those changes are available on the meeting room display app, you must either:

  1. Reboot the meeting room display device. When you reboot the device, the changes will be automatically received from the device manager and update your display; or

  2. Logout and log back into the meeting display app. When you login again, the updates will be automatically received from the device manager and update your display.
