Bookable Desk Insights

Reports give insights into many aspects of space utilisation within the office such as desk and room usage reports, to visitor management. Using these reports can help you to maximise the potential of the buildings resources and understand how employees currently use the available space.

The Bookable Desk insights report helps users understand the usage of the desks, their status, bookings, and current occupancy.

 

Access Insight Reports

Login to the admin portal - https://admin.spaceconnect.co using your administrator credentials.  Using the navigation on the left click on the heading "Dashboard" and then click "Bookable Desks Insights".

 

Report Pages

This report contains three pages of data across three different tabs. Click on each tab to view the page.

 

Report Page 1: SUMMARY

The initial "SUMMARY" page shows all data for all the company which can be filtered down if there is more than one building or if the user is looking for specific data. The available filters are:

  • Location                                                                                                                                                  This is the building/office. Click on the arrow in the text box to use the drop down menu. Choose the building that the user wishes to see data for. It is possible to choose multiple locations, and leaving it blank automatically selects all.                                                                                                                
  • Level
    This is the floor of the building. Click on the arrow in the text box to use the drop down menu. Be sure to choose the the location first or all the levels within the company will appear. It is possible to choose multiple levels, and leaving it blank automatically selects all.                                                           
  • Desk
    This is how users select specific desks. Click on the arrow in the text box to use the drop down menu. be sure to filter the other two fields before this otherwise all desks will appear. It is possible to choose multiple levels, and leaving it blank automatically selects all.                                                             
  • Date Range
    This is how users find data for specific date ranges. This can be used to make the date range smaller to see day by day, or make it larger and see by year. Click in the left hand box and select a start date. then click in the right hand box and select the end date.

 

Report Page 2: TODAY'S DESK BOOKING LIST

This page is used to see desk bookings for today. Users can see which desk has been used and by which user, helping to manage the space. As with the Summary page, these results can also be filtered but the report is always for the current date.

 

Report Page 3: "BOOKABLE DESKS RAW DATA"

This page lists all data regarding bookable desks for the given criteria.  This view includes cancelled bookings so the count of bookings on the summary page may show a different amount.
